Register for Foundation to a Career in Computers.

Foundation to a Career in Computers is a 35-hour bootcamp-style course held over 3 weeks. It is geared towards young adults with an interest in a career working with computers and technology. Participants must be 18-26 years old. Eligible participants may also receive a free refurbished desktop computer after completing the class. You must attend each day to be eligible.

This class covers the foundational skills needed to succeed in a variety of technology-based careers, including hardware, software, networking, cybersecurity, and more.

Participants will learn to troubleshoot hardware and software issues and disassemble, reassemble, and repair computers. Additionally, they will learn basic coding and networking skills and receive career guidance and job hunting assistance.
